Request a quoteYou certainly can. For example, you can book the Lecture Room as a cloakroom, and put on your performance in the Theatre. We will welcome your guests with delicious drinks and snacks or provide drinks to round off your event at Noda, which is located under the stairs that lead to the Theatre.
For rehearsals and performances for up to about 40 people, the Stage is a great choice: we can switch the set-up from theatre to circle in no time, and you get a view of the Dom as an added bonus. For rehearsals and performances for up to 60 people, we recommend the Gallery. You can attract all the more attention, because being part of the public space, the Gallery is also frequented by curious library guests.
Our Theatre, of course! Up to 180 guests can enjoy your performance from the stands. The great acoustics, the view over Utrecht and that shiny ballet floor will make your performance a show to remember.
Yes. For an additional festival market or other stalls, we recommend renting the Great Hall, perhaps next to the theatre space or rehearsal space of your choice. In the Great Hall we can set up a market in all kinds of configurations, including full technical support. The Great Hall is only available upon request, so please contact us to discuss all your options.
If you’re looking for a theatre space for rent in Utrecht, you probably want it to be easy-access from all corners of the country. You can’t get more central than Neude11: you’re right in the heart of Utrecht, close to Utrecht Central Station, and there are plenty of parking spaces nearby. In addition to us taking care of all the details of your performance, you can also rest assured knowing that the proceeds from your performance will go directly to the community projects of Utrecht Library. Very close! And also very accessible. Buses 2, 8, 28, 50, 55, 73, 74 or 77 stop at the Neude stop, which is almost on our doorstep. Plus, the rehearsal spaces of our beautiful library are only a 10-minute walk from Utrecht Central Station via Vredenburg and Potterstraat.
