Request a quoteThe Theatre is suitable for large groups that you truly want to impress. The Film Room is ideal for smaller parties, as well as film presentations, screenings, documentaries and premieres. This is thanks to its large projection screen and DCP-player, which are available upon request.
The Theatre is suitable for large groups that you really want to leave a lasting impression on. The Gallery is ideal if you want to have a free walk-in of library guests with your book presentation. For more private book presentations, the Lecture Room, the Laboratory and the Stage are excellent choices.
The Theatre is ideal for a spectacular product presentation for up to 180 people. For smaller product presentations, we recommend the Film Room, Lecture Room, Laboratory and Stage.
The Theatre is ideal for an annual performance presentation for up to 180 employees. For annual presentations of around 50 employees, the Film Room, Stage and Lecture Room are great options.
Very close! And also very accessible. Buses 2, 8, 28, 50, 55, 73, 74 or 77 stop at the Neude stop, which is almost on our doorstep. Plus, our beautiful library is only a 10-minute walk from Utrecht Central Station via Vredenburg and Potterstraat.
There are no cloakrooms or lockers available in our library by default. However, it is possible to rent a small lockable room next to your presentation room if you wish, where you can safely store your belongings. Ask us about the possibilities!
If you want to rent a presentation space in Utrecht, you probably want it to be very accessible from all corners of the country. You can’t get more central than Neude11: you’re right in the heart of the city, close to Utrecht Central Station, with plenty of parking spaces nearby. The inspiring setting of the library, Utrecht’s most beautiful and iconic building, comes as an added bonus with your presentation.
Anyone who has something to present is welcome at Library Utrecht: from writers and filmmakers to large organisations. For example, the Dutch Film Festival, ProRail and Oxfam Novib have previously hosted their presentation at Neude11.
